The United We Stand Players of New Ulm and Open Arts Minnesota present “Samuel and Beatrice: A Love Story”. This is an original play based on “Reconciling Samuel”, a play presented by the group years ago. It is the continuing story of Samuel and Beatrice after leaving the state institution. This original play follows the story of finding love and fulfilling dreams.
This is the United We Stand Players 30th anniversary play. The group is an inclusive theatre group sharing original plays around themes of disability. Samuel and Beatrice share information about Minnesota’s Olmstead Plan, which is about full integration for people with disabilities.
Admission is $10.00 suggested donation or pay as you wish at the door. Saturday’s show is a relaxed performance and offers ASL.
